Information pertinent to your purchases is collected and processed through our third-party processors (Square, Squarespace) whose privacy policies can be reviewed here and here, respectively. By purchasing from Filigree Jams you agree to the privacy policies from our third party processors in addition to the collection, use, and storage of your information as provided below. Information provided to us by these third-party processors including date of purchase, location of purchase, last four digits of the credit card used, items purchased, etc. may be used for business activities such as refunds, internal business and marketing analytics, tax calculations, or for safety incidents such as product recalls or security breaches. Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and credit card information are not stored internally. Email opt-in/opt-out is available for online purchases. Phone numbers and emails collected solely through third-party processors that do not provide customers an opt-out option are not stored internally, but may be used in the case of safety-related events as named above. Emails provided to us by customers either via physical collection (e.g. a sign-up sheet) or by opting in during an online purchase may be used to contact you with promotional and marketing material related to our business and products.
